Heat, dust, arid, scorched
Bony fingers skywards pray
Oh for some raindrops

I find barren trees shorn of all leaves extremely beautiful.
This one specifically struck me as if it was raising its hands up in prayer ready to welcome some rain. I hope it won’t have to wait for long…
