A very short tale of why a lone shoe was lying on a beach
A man was walking on a beach. His leg struck something hard. He bent down and pulled it out. It was an antique-looking lamp.
The man rubbed the lamp. Out popped a genie and announced that the man had one wish. The man was ecstatic. He tried to think. Meanwhile, the genie chattered on, able to speak after ages. The man wanted silence. He said, “Shooooo”.
The surprised genie stopped chattering and said, “Your wish is my command. Hope you enjoy the shoe!”
And that’s how there was a shoe on the shore, and again the genie landed at the bottom of the ocean!!
